Authentic Outfitters-Web Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: You have up to 30 days from the shipment date to return merchandise. (Holiday returns are 30 days from Christmas Day, starting with purchases after November 1) All items must be unused and re-sellable. You may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. Items purchased from our brick and mortar store must be returned to the brick and mortar store location at 2712 Devine Street, Columbia, SC 29205. CLOTHING: Clothing must be unused, unwashed and re-sellable with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit. If they don’t fit, the bottoms won’t be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in new condition. Videos, DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.
HARDWARE: All returned products must be re-sellable. All boards (surf, skate, snow, wake) must be unused and re-sellable. Once a deck and/or wheels have been used they are non-returnable. If we cover with the grip tape, or you cover with grip tape, the deck may not be returned. Same applies to completes that have been put together (that is, if we . Snowboards must be unused, untuned and re-sellable. Snowboard and Wakeboard bindings must have all parts and must include original undamaged packaging. Surfboards and skimboards must be unused, unwaxed and re-sellable. Any claim for defective boards/equipment (Skateboards, Snowboards, Wakeboards and Surfboards etc.) will be handled on a case by case basis. Remember broken decks and pressure cracks are not defects.
What happens if you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise? If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post.
*Sorry, but all orders shipped with free freight and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges. This charge will be deducted from your refund amount. (Unless the mistake was made on our part).

When packing your item for return, include a copy of your Invoice, the product you would like to send back, the reason for your return, and the RA number received from one of our associates. Include the RA inside the box, as well as on the outside. We will be happy to guide you through this process.
For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post. (For tracking purposes) Insurance is also available and is relatively inexpensive.
